High Winds: Winds over 50 miles per hour will lift the shingles and cause the seals to break, never to be resealed. The unsealed shingles will then flap in the breeze and soon break off.

Hail can damage your roof, siding or gutters without any visible signs from the ground. Our Roofing Process

We roof per the National Association of Roofing Contractors guidelines. We strip off the old shingles and check for any bad decking or flashing. We then apply felt, ice and water shield (if code), valley material and re-roof to code using four (4) nails per shingle.

Please keep in mind that this is a major construction project. The shingles, particularly second layers, come off in pieces. Expect a bit of mess no matter what contractor does the work - but please be assured that service is of the utmost importance, so every effort will be made to protect and keep your property clean.

We clean up and haul away the trash, including picking up excess nails with a magnet. Re-roofing will take from one to two (1-2) days to complete in most cases.
